SEDGWICK BARN RENOVATIONThe Sedgwick Reserve barn, built in 1908 and located on the Sedgwick Reserve, had been stabilized and partiallyrestored in 2010. The 2022 renovation included both cosmetic and non-structural repairs. Components of the projectinclude repair to the building%u2019s foundation, replacement of deteriorated wood siding and rafter tails, repairs andenhancements in the interior of the barn where historical ranching equipment can be displayed, replacement ofdoors, and repainting the building exterior.
