Sedgwick ReserveThis $900K project consisted of documenting the existing buildings, then demolishing them,and rebuilding new buildings of exactly the same size, height, and form in the identicallocations. The difference is that the buildings will now meet all of the current building, fire/lifesafety, and accessibility codes, and be designed specifically for their new uses.
