Lotte lehman Lighting upgradeFacilities Management upgraded the house lights and control interfaces in the Lotte LehmannConcert Hall. The light fixtures serving the space were original to the building, inefficient andbelow the recommended lighting level standards for instructional spaces. FacilitiesManagement planned and executed a full lighting upgrade to LED fixtures and replaced each ofthe dimming and control touchpads in the Concert Hall. A touchscreen was added in the controlbooth to allow for additional scene setting capability. The total project cost was $29K and annualcalculated utility savings are $8,800.
